At Comfortable Shoes, we want your feet to feel perfect in every pair. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your shoes within 30 days of delivery provided they are in their original, unworn condition.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the unworn shoes in their original packaging and include all tags. Secure the box to ensure the footwear remains protected during transit.
Attach the Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated courier. Once our warehouse receives and inspects the shoes, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
